2. Your order will be reserved for 3 days, full payment after confirmation order. Please make payment for your confirmation order within 3 days, otherwise we will cancel your order.
您的订单商品在您下单后算起保留3天，付款后将根据每日发货时间发货。请在3天内付款，否则订单将被取消.

3. We provide the best service in stock selection, and quality check done before delivery. Hence, no exchangeable or goods return (except for major damage, please inbox us for more details)
所有商品发货前都会检查一次确保没问题，所以商品售出后不能退换.

4. Terms of Delivery: 10-13 days, after your successful payment on your confirmation order.
运费在您下单式系统自动计算加入结算您的订单里. 付款后10-13天里将会收到您的包裹。

5. Payment: Online Transfer (Maybank / CIMB Bank), cash deposit (cdm)

PRE-ORDER
All items are PRE-ORDEE ONLY due to stock limits and production time.
**When you place an order, only 1 shipping payment is required. If you request to have items available for immediate sending to be posted, an additional postage fee is applicable and only once this payment is made, we will part ship an order.

TURNAROUND & TIMEFRAMES
We give an approximate time of delivery between 10-13 days, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods. In regards to any delays, we understand that this may be frustrating, and we share the frustration. We don't delay orders on purpose, and we want you to have your orders in timely form. All items vary with times, please allow up to 15 days before contacting us for an update. Once we perform Quality Control, your items are sent within 24 - 48hrs of completing QC.
Please understand that delivery time may vary, depending on where you are. Please see POSLAJU for delivery times.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a Pre-Order is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit or exchange. We do not offer a refund, unless we HAVE NOT place your order.

Upon ordering from our Preorders, you are committing to purchase from B.B clothing, under the mentioned guidelines and agree to above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale.
You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.

WE DO NOT REFUND PREORDERS!!!
If you change your mind, we will issue a store credit for the order or product amount including shipping.
This also applies to late or delayed orders.
